Our employees adhere to a strict code of professional ethics:

  • Information received is treated with the utmost care and discretion and will not be divulged without the approval of the appropriate party.
  • The identity of clients and candidates is never revealed without previous consent.
  • Each candidate is treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism.
  • Test results or assessments are never communicated in writing as they could harm the candidate in another context or at a later stage.
  • We do not search for candidates in the companies we collaborate with.
  • We will continue to work on an assignment until a satisfactory solution to the problem has been found.
  • Commissions to the client's executives are never granted.
  • Fees are not accepted from candidates.
  • We exercise objective and impartial judgement in each assignment giving due consideration to all relevant facts.
  • Our professionals agree to work jointly with other partners to serve the client's best interests.
  • We support equal opportunity in employment and we objectively evaluate all qualified candidates.
