Our philosophy on Executive Search is: Finding the candidate best suited to the position – not simply the most obvious one..
Finding candidates
Finding candidates whose paper credentials match the position profile is rarely a problem. The challenge lies in finding the person who has the outstanding potential to contribute to the development and success of an organisation. The search process demands a persistent and efficient examination of an entire market for the best-suited candidates. Sometimes the best candidate may be found in an entirely different industry. Perhaps he or she has simply not followed the career path one originally would have envisaged.
We understand our clients needs
Everything that we do is based on a thorough understanding of our client's situation. What are the company's long and short-term goals? What challenges and demands will the person be facing? What does the organisation expect from the candidate? In what way have previous managers made their mark? Does the candidate fit in with the company culture? A successful track record in one environment does not necessarily lead to excellence under new conditions.
We search till we find the best
We search, identify, assess and present the candidates that are best suited to contribute to our client's success. Our extensive database supports the process but the ability and the ambition to search through all relevant sectors and levels are unique. Our motto is to not merely settle for a number of good candidates but search until we find the best.
Finding new angles
By working in teams we can combine our resources over several parallel industries. It allows us to find new angles and achieve a dynamic information exchange throughout the search process. The search process allows us to identify a large number of candidates, so many that we can be very critical in our evaluation.
The importance of impression
We believe that it is vital that candidates have the best possible impression of you, us and the process they have been through. We are ambassadors for the companies we co-operate with and we strive to make sure that all candidates, even those who have been rejected, have every reason to act as positive ambassadors for the company.
