J. Friisberg & Partners only works with professional companies. We will not recruit people for companies or posts that we do not consider sustainable.

 

First step in the recruitment process
The first step in the search process is that one of our researchers will contact you by telephone and this conversation is the beginning of the screening process. The researcher will conduct an interview over the phone to see if there is a possible match between you and one of our assignments.

Non-committal interview
If it is established that there is a possible match between you and one of our assignments, we will invite you to a non-committal interview with one of our consultants. After signing a declaration of confidentiality at the interview, you will be given a detailed profile on the client that we are representing as well as on the position. After the interview we will evaluate, once again, whether there is a match between our assignment and your profile or not. Also you will have the opportunity to consider if you are interested in the position or not.

Matching client company?
If both parties agree on a match we will present you to the client. Normally, we present 3-4 candidates for a position and in the end it will be the client who decides which candidate they want to proceed with. A number of our clients will make sure that the preferred candidate will be tested according to the client's own standards. Negotiations concerning contract and salary will be made with the client.
